The restaurant traces its humble beginnings to The Frying Pan, a successful chain started by our CEO, Mr. Peter Pan, that featured for the first time the world’s best cuisines in a pan.

Sangeeta, popularly known as Sangy, for her infinite is the essence of art. Backing on the experience of nearly two decades, She laid the seed for Dhayas. She envisions Dhayas to grow as a brand that the international market can look up to. She is nationally recognized for her contribution to the art and education line. Before Dhayas, Sangy was actively participating in a slum project called ‘Bridgingthe gap’. She also works as an art and design consultant and educator.“Live life gracefully” is her life motto and she lives up to it. Things of scientific relevance excite her, and she constantly keeps herself engaged by studying philosophy and art.
